I know the title is confusing you but its true. I will tell you how. When you do something for the first time and then you quit and then you try it again after a few days, that's still the first time in my dictionary.

I know, I know, that's not how it works but yeah okay, lets make some pizza today, yay!!

So a few days ago, I was bored with my the flavours on my tongue and I did not want to consume delivered junk so I thought of cooking my junk myself. Being the pizza lover I am, I had try out a pizza, of course but this time I can transform my junk in to something better. I made a wheat pizza.

What am I doing? Is this even a thing? I don't care, let's do this. Now I get on to YouTube check out a video just to confirm there is such a thing as wheat pizza and people make it, eat it, love it. Let's hop into the process now.

2 cups of wheat

1/2 cup of capsicum, bell peppers

1/2 cup of mushroom

1 onion, diced

5-6 cubes of paneer

3 baby corns

1 huge cup of diced cheese *drooling*

Pizza Sauce (readymade)

1 tablespoon oil

Butter, as per your liking

There was once a Jamie Oliver's pizza making video I had seen, which I remembered very vividly. Oh, the way he made the dough and the pizza base with his hands, I knew my inspiration. So I got the dough made from my cook, I made the base myself.

Use oil or flour every now and then you feel its sticky. Next I cut the vegetables into smaller chunks to blossom on the pizza. Now I have all my ingredients ready with me and its time to get the pizza making. I made a base with my hands, its pretty easy. Just make a huge ball of the dough, press it on the flat surface and start pushing on the edges. Make sure you are creating a round base. Next add the pizza sauce with a spatula and spread all over the base. While you are doing all this, don't forget to pre-heat your oven at 180C for about 15-20 minutes.

Next add cheese and make sure you cover the entire base. Now add the veggies. You can add and subtract as many veggies you want. You can also use chicken, confirm that its semi-cooked. For the paneer, I marinated it with salt and turmeric. Now again add some lovely cheese. You can put more in the center if you like. You are all set.

Once your oven is pre-heated, put in your pizza at 180C for 15 minutes. If you ever feel that you might burn your pizza or the base isn't cooking anymore. You can move your pizza from the oven to the stove. That's what I did. I didn't want to risk it, I stopped the oven after 15 minutes and then used a non-stick pan, pre-heated, to cook the base of the pizza. Keep it for 5-7 minutes and voila! Your pizza is ready to be tasted. Okay wait for it to chill a little, don't burn your tongue. :P
